ācāryānugrahāt kāmaṃ labdhvā puṃstvaṃ vyavasthayā /
pālayāmāsa jagatīṃ nābhyanandan sma taṃ prajāḥ //

40. Having through the preceptor's grace attained his desired object in a conditional manhood, he ruled his kingdom; but the subjects did not like him.
