tataḥ pariṇate kāle pratiṣṭhānapatiḥ prabhuḥ /
purūravasa utsṛjya gāṃ putrāya gato vanam //

42. Then in the fulness of time the Lord of Pratishthana handed over the kingdom to his son Pururavas and retired into the forest.
