śāntimāpnoti caivāgryāṃ karmaṇā tena śāntanuḥ /
samā dvādaśa tadrājye na vavarṣa yadā vibhuḥ //

14. And that person attained complete cure (of all his ailment) and on account of this (virtue) he was called Santanu. When Indra did not send down rain on his kingdom for twelve years together,
