adharmiṣṭhāśca śūdrāśca bhaviṣyanti nṛpāstataḥ /
svargādikṛddhi bhagavānsākṣānnārāyaṇo 'vyayaḥ //

Thereafter there shall be unrighteous kings, and Śūdras. / For the Lord, the imperishable Nārāyaṇa himself, is the creator of heaven and the rest.
