vātakuṇḍaliketyeva mūtraṃ tu vidhṛte 'ciram /
na nireti niruddhaṃ vā mūtrātītaṃ tadalparuk //
This is called vātakuṇḍalikā. But when urine is suppressed, it is soon / held back and does not come out, or comes out obstructed with mild pain, known as mūtrātīta.
