ātmānaṃ paramaṃ dhyāyeccheṣaṃ yacchaktibhiryutam /
mama rakṣāṃ hariḥ kuryānmatsyamūrtirjale 'vatu //

One should meditate upon the supreme Self, and on the rest endowed with its energies: / 'May Hari protect me; may the Fish incarnation protect me in the water;
