dvirātrataḥ kṣatriyā ca śuddhā vaiśyā hyupoṣitā /
śūdrā snānena śudhyettu droṇārthaṃ na visarjayet //
the Kṣatriya woman after two nights, the Vaiśya woman is purified by fasting, / and the Śūdra woman would be purified by a bath; one should not discard more than a droṇa [of food touched by them].
