pratyekaṃ trividhaḥ so 'pi pūrakumbhakarecakaiḥ /
laghuryo daśamātrastu dviguṇaḥ sa tu madhyamaḥ //

That too is of three kinds in each case: by inhalation, retention, and exhalation;
that which has ten measures is light; that which is double that is medium;
