lakṣaṇaṃ brūhi me svāmiṃstrayāṇāmapi suvrata //

Garuḍa said: / Tell me, O Lord, O faithful one, the characteristics / of the kṛcchra, the taptakṛcchra, and also the sāntapana, of all three.
