māghamāsasya saptamyāṃ sā tu syādrathasaptamī //
The seventh day of the month of Mâgha is called Ratha-Saptamî day, named after the Sun's ascending the chariot already mentioned above as the anniversary day of the beginning of a Manvantara.--9.
