19.12
rājyaṃ caiva prayacchanti prītāḥ pitṛgaṇā nṛṇām
śrūyate ca purā mokṣaṃ prāptāḥ kauśikasūnavaḥ
pañcabhirjanmasambandhair gatā viṣṇoḥ paraṃ padam //
The Pitṛis confer kingdoms on their devotees when they are pleased and it is also said that the sons of Kauśika Ṛiṣi attained Nirvâṇa through the glory of the Pitṛis, in their fifth cycle of birth.—12.
