*śarmiṣṭhovāca
samāv etau matau rājan patiḥ sakhyāśca yaḥ patiḥ
samaṃ vivāha ityāhuḥ sakhyā me 'si patiryataḥ //
Śarmiṣṭhâ said:—"One's own husband and the husband of her panion are equal; and as you are the lord of my companion, you must also take me as wedded to you."—19.
