bhuvaḥ pramāṇaṃ sarvatra jñātvā bhrātṝn atho punaḥ
āgatya cātha sṛṣṭiṃ ca kariṣyatha viśeṣataḥ //
On finding the Śavals carrying on the work of creation, the Sage Nârada went to them and said:—“First examine the extent of the universe and try to reclaim your lost brothers, then carry on the work of creation.”—9-10.
