5.11
te 'pi tenaiva mārgeṇa jagmurbhrātṛpathā tadā
tataḥ prabhṛti na bhrātuḥ kanīyānmārgam icchati
anviṣyanduḥkhamāpnoti tena tatparivarjayet //
“Taking to the words of the sage, they started to reclaim their lost brothers, but met with the same fate; and it is for this reason that no one dares to repeat the same experiment unto this day.”—11.
