tasmādātmaguṇopetaḥ śrutikarma samācaret
gobrāhmaṇānāṃ vittena sarvadā bhadramācaret //
Consequently, a man possessing these qualifications ought to perform the rites laid down in the Vedas and should support the cow and the Brâhmaṇas with his wealth, and always do good to others and should be well-conducted.—18.
