sarvapāpaharāṃ devi saubhāgyārogyavardhinīm
na caināṃ vittaśāṭhyena kadācidapi laṅghayet
naro vā yadi vā nārī vittaśāṭhyāt patatyadhaḥ //
It is the destroyer of all sins, and the giver of good luck and health. It should not be missed through miserliness, for the man or the woman who exercises miserliness goes to the lower regions.—34.
