ekāmapi pradadyādvā vittahīno vimatsaraḥ
na vittaśāṭhyaṃ kurvīta yato mohātpatatyadhaḥ //

If one cannot afford 13 cows, he may give only one. The observer of this ordinance should not exercise miserliness and jealousy. Those who do so, go to hell.—17.
