pañcagavyaṃ tataḥ pītvā svapettatpārśvataḥ kṣitau
saurasūktaṃ smarannāste purāṇaśravaṇena ca //

Afterwards, the devotee should drink pañchagavya and sleep on the floor, by the side of the pitchers, and should recite the Vedic mantras relating to the Sun, and listen to the Purâṇas.—6.
