anyeṣvapi hi māseṣu puṇyeṣu munisattama
sadakṣiṇaṃ pāyasena bhojayecchaktito dvijān //
O Nârada ! In other auspicious months also, the devotee should, to the best of his ability, feed the Brâhmaṇas with rice cooked in milk and mixed with sugar, and then satisfy them with Dakṣiṇâ.—3.
