bhūdharastena cākhyāto devikātaṭasaṃsthitaḥ ..
vedapādo yūpadaṃṣṭraḥ kratudantaḥ srucīmukhaḥ .. 2 ..

Therefore, He who is stationed on the bank of the Devikā is known as Bhūdhara: / having the Vedas as His legs, the sacrificial post as His tusk, the sacrifices as His teeth, and the ladle as His mouth;
