tartukāmo dadāmyenāṃ tubhyaṃ vaitaraṇi namaḥ .
ityadhivāsanamantraḥ .. 159.80 ..
"Om. That river Vaitaraṇī at the terrible door of Yama— / desiring to cross it, I give this [cow]; homage to you, O Vaitaraṇī!" / Such is the consecration mantra.
