dvārakā vasate yatra tatra viṣṇuḥ sanātanaḥ ..
tatra tīrthāni sarvāṇi sarve devāḥ savāsavāḥ ..
yajñā vedāśca ṛṣayastrailokyaṃ sacarā caram .. 7.4.42.30 ..

Where Dvārakā resides, there is eternal Viṣṇu; / there are all sacred fords, all the gods along with Indra, / the sacrifices, the Vedas, the seers, and the three worlds moving and unmoving.
