Thus ends the thirty-ninth chapter, entitled "The Description of the Manner of Añjanā's Austerities and Other Matters," in the Veṅkaṭācalamāhātmya of the second section, the Vaiṣṇavakhaṇḍa, of the glorious Skanda Mahāpurāṇa comprising eighty-one thousand verses.
