Thus ends the twelfth chapter, called “The Narration of the Akhaṇḍaikādaśī Vow,” in the Glorification of the Month of Mārgaśīrṣa, in the dialogue between Brahmā and Viṣṇu, in the second section, the Vaiṣṇavakhaṇḍa, in the glorious Skanda Mahāpurāṇa consisting of eighty-one thousand verses.
