Thus ends the thirty-first chapter, named ‘The Arrival of the Messengers,’ in the Dharmāraṇyamāhātmya of the first part of the third Brahmakhaṇḍa in the glorious Skandapurāṇa, a collection of eighty-one thousand [verses].
