svargopyagamya iha nodyamabhājipuṃsi vārāṇasītvasulabhā śalabhādimuktiḥ.
dhātrā dhṛtāni tulayā tulanāmavaituṃ vaikuṃṭhamukhyabhuvanāni ca kāśikā ca ..

even heaven is not unapproachable in this world for a person endowed with exertion; but Vārāṇasī—where liberation is [easy] even for moths—is hard to attain. / Balanced on a scale by the Creator to weigh them: the realms headed by Vaikuṇṭha, and Kāśikā,
