5.140.42

yāvaddvādaśavarṣāṇi na jalaṃ tridaśādhipaḥ ..
mumoca dharaṇīpṛṣṭhe sarve lokāḥ kṣudhārditāḥ .. 42 ..

For twelve years the lord of the thirty [gods] did not release / water onto the surface of the earth; all creatures were tormented by hunger.
