pāpaiḥ parābhibhūtānāṃ teṣāṃ lokottaraṃ balam .. 22 ..
Those whose weapon is made of iron are endowed with only that; / [but] the power of those overcome by sins is surpassed by the speech [of brahmins], which has extraordinary might.
