90 vahnitīrthotpattimāhātmyavarṇane jyeṣṭhaṃ bhrātaramutsṛjya kaniṣṭhena śaṃtanunā rājyakaraṇā-dayamadharma iti matvā śakreṇānāvṛṣṭikaraṇavarṇanam, tena kāraṇena vane bhramatā viśvā-mitreṇa caṇḍālagṛhe gatvā tatra labdhena śvamāṃsena vahnau pañcamahāyajñakaraṇam, tena kāraṇena ruṣṭenāgninā kṛtaṃ sarvataḥ svātmano gopanam , agnimanveṣṭukāmānāṃ devānāṃ gajādibhiḥ svanāmni kathite sati tadupari ruṣṭena vahninā gajādīnāṃ śāpapra-dānam, tato hradānnirgatamagniṃ dṛṣṭvā brahmaṇā svātmagopanakāraṇe pṛṣṭe vahninā śakra-vṛṣṭyakaraṇādviśvāmitrakṛtaśvajāghanīhavanānmayā svātmagopanaṃ kṛtam iti kathite śakreṇa svājñayā vṛṣṭikaraṇam, tato brahmaṇāgnaye varapradānam, tasya hradasyāgnitīrtheti nāmakaraṇam, tatra agnau ghṛtasya vasordhārāyā māhātmyam, agnitīrthamāhātmya-varṇanam ...................... 97 1
