īśvara uvāca -
kopayasva dvijaśreṣṭhaṃ gatvā tvaṃ bhṛgusattamam .
yena me śraddadhatyeṣā gaurī lokaikasundarī .. 181.21 ..

Īśvara said: / “Go and enrage that best of the twice-born, the foremost of the Bhṛgus, / so that this Gaurī, the sole beauty of the world, may have faith in me.”
