smaraṇājjanmajanitaṃ darśanācca trijanmajam .
saptajanmakṛtaṃ naśyetpāpaṃ revāvagāhanāt .. 227.11 ..

By remembering it, the sin born of one birth is destroyed; by seeing it, of three births;
by bathing in the Revā, the sin committed across seven births is destroyed.
