tena devā jitāḥ sarve hṛtarājyā narādhipa .
yajñabhāgān svayaṃ bhuṅkte ahaṃ viṣṇurna saṃśayaḥ .. 90.6 ..

By him all the gods were conquered and stripped of their kingdom, O ruler of men. / He himself consumed the sacrificial shares, [thinking,] 'I am Viṣṇu, without a doubt.'
