śāstrāṇi harate yaśca goghno yaśca naraḥ smṛtaḥ16 .
kāpilaśca vṛthādṛṣṭirvedadharmārthadūṣakaḥ17 ..

and the man who steals the scriptures, and who is known as a killer of cows; / and a follower of Kapila, holding false views, a defiler of the meaning and duty of the Vedas;
