tasmād gṛhītvā vidyāñca dakṣiṇāṃ yo na yacchati32 ..8.49.20

and the man who receives knowledge from someone and does not give the sacrificial fee,
and who, having been nourished [by someone], does not serve him, and the man who slays him,
