tadā187 drakṣyāmi taṃ putraṃ sapatnīkaṃ dṛḍhavratam .
agnīm̐ścaivāhariṣyāmi188 patnīvantaṃ189 samīkṣya vai190. .95. .
patnyāḥ191 kadāhaṃ putrasya pāṇigrahaṇatoṣitaḥ .
śubhāni manasā vācā vidhāsyāmi bahūnyapi ..96..

Then I shall see that son of firm vows with his wife, / and seeing him accompanied by a wife, I will set up the sacred fires. / When, pleased by the grasping of the bride's hand for my son, / shall I perform many auspicious things in mind and speech?'
