tatastejo viniḥsṛtya mukhendormadanadviṣaḥ22 .
dīpyamānaṃ viveśāśu tāmeva pramadottamām . .22 . .
uttarāṃ mūtimāgatya praṇeme sā kṛtāñjaliḥ .
tasyā23 mukhaṃ susaṃpūrṇaṃ suprasannaṃ viniryayau ..2 3 . .

Then a splendor issuing from the moon-like face of the enemy of Madana, / blazing, swiftly entered that same best of women. / Approaching the northern form, she bowed with folded hands; / his face, utterly complete and very serene, came forth.
