Vyāsa said: / Lord, knower of all yoga, this excellent narrative has been heard. / I wish to hear what happened thereafter, O best of sages. / When he whose banner bears the bull had then removed the lion form of Viṣṇu, / what else did the wise one do? This I desire to know. / Sanatkumāra said: / Having brought Viṣṇu back to his own origin, the god of gods, Bhava, / then wandered upon Mount Mandara together with the goddess, full of great splendour. / Delighting in the charming forest regions and the mountain's cascades, / the lord of gods adorned them as he roamed all around.
