vāyurabhyāyayau tūrṇaṃ vipracittiṃ mahābalaḥ .

The mighty Vāyu swiftly rushed against Vipracitti; / Aṃśa was engaged with Saṃvara, and Bhaga with Bala;
Pūṣan [fought] with Virocana, and then Mitra engaged with Bali; / Varuṇa [fought] together with Bāṇa, and Yama together with Andhaka;
Ilvala [fought] together with Jayanta, and the Moon together with Maya; / Rāhu [fought] with Ahirbudhnya, and Kāpālī with Śataketu;
