virañcir naiva śaknoti revāyā guṇakīrtanam /
vyāsatīrthaṃ viśeṣeṇa śrutamātraṃ vadāmy aham //

Even Brahmā is not able to recount the virtues of the Revā; / I shall relate Vyāsatīrtha in particular, as it was heard.
