paṭe kṛtvā tu sarveṇa yathāśaktyā dvijottama
daivajñenaiva vidhinā sa tu pūjyo mahīkṣitā

having depicted [them] on a cloth, according to one's means, by all, O best of the twice-born.
He is to be worshipped by the ruler of the earth strictly in accordance with the rule taught by astrologers;
