Devibhagavatapurana 3.14.40

3.14.40

yudhājittu tadā'pṛcchajjyeṣṭhaḥ kaḥ sutatordvayoḥ |
rājyaṃ prāpnoti jyeṣṭho vai na kanīyānkadācana ||

Yudhâjit made the question:-- “Who is the eldest of the two sons? Is it always the case that the eldest will inherit the kingdom? Will not the youngest ever be able to acquire it?”
