devabhūtamanuṣyeṣu sarvabhūteṣu sarvadā |
sarveṣāṃ tatkṛtā bhaktirnānyathā nṛpasattamāḥ ||

Everywhere in the Devas, in the spirits, in men, in all the beings, the Devî’s power is existent; it cannot be otherwise.
