balaṃ vedo hi viprāṇāṃ bhūbhujāṃ cāpajaṃ balam |
kimanyāyyaṃ mahārāja bravīmyahamihādhunā ||

The Brâhmanas have the Vedas as their strength; the Ksattriya kings take bows and arrows to be their source of strength; this is ordained everywhere. Therefore O King! What wrong have I done in my statement. Kindly explain.
