3.28.30

avicāryātha rāmo'pi tatra saṃsthāpya lakṣmaṇam |
saśaraṃ dhanurādāya yayau mṛgapadānugaḥ ||

Râma too, not judging at all, as if it was the work of Destiny, asked Laksamana to remain there and protect Sîtâ, took hold of his bows and arrows and went after the deer.
