na me mantrabalaṃ samyakpratibhāti yathā harim |
jetuṃ yūyaṃ samarthāḥ stha mayā trātāḥ surānatha ||

Now my mantra force will not be of any avail before S’rî Hari. And without my help you will not be able to conquer the Devas. Therefore, O Demons, wait for some time for me; I will start today to the presence of S'iva Mahâdeva to obtain from him the Mantra S’akti.
