4.13.60

pramāṇaṃ vacanaṃ yasya so'pi pākhaṇḍadhārakaḥ |
guruḥ surāṇāṃ sarveṣāṃ dharmaśāstrapravartakaḥ ||

Oh! What wonder is this that the Guru of the Devas, who is the promulgator of all the religious S’âstras and whose word is accepted as the final decision, is now expounding the doctrines of atheists.
