agnihotraṃ carennityaṃ tathā śrāddhādikaṃ mune |
sadā dayāparo bhūtvā santiṣṭhed gṛhasaṃsthitaḥ ||
He should perform the daily fire sacrifice, and likewise ancestral rites and the like, O sage; / always full of compassion, he should abide living in the house.
