tatra brāhmaṇadharmaṃ te kathayāmi samāsataḥ |
śṛṇu māyāvināśārthaṃ māyārūpaṃ purātanam ||
Among them, I shall tell you in brief the dharma of the brāhmaṇa. / Hear this ancient [dharma] composed of māyā, for the sake of destroying māyā.
