taddaśāṃśena homaṃ vai kuryādāgamamārgataḥ |
taddaśāṃśamitaṃ proktaṃ tarpaṇaṃ gaṇapasya ca ||
He should perform the fire oblation (homa) with one-tenth of that, according to the path of the Āgamas;
and the water offering (tarpaṇa) to Gaṇapa is declared to be one-tenth of that.
