vyāsaśiṣyaḥ purāṇajño lomaharṣaṇasaṃjñakaḥ
tān praṇamya yathānyāyaṃ sa ca taiś cābhipūjitaḥ //
a disciple of Vyāsa, versed in the Purāṇas, named Lomaharṣaṇa. / Having bowed to them in the proper manner, he too was honoured by them.
